Medical Filter Leak Test Machine

TQC Medical have designed a machine to 100% leak test three variants of plastic medical filter. The test fixture contains interchangeable tooling designed to seal off 4 filters at a time. The single Nolek instrument individually tests each filter with failures receiving a hot stamp reject mark.
