Shower Head Leak Test Machine

TQC Medical have designed a machine to leak test an inductance weld on a plastic shower head. The test includes using an external vacuum and internal pressure to create a differential test pressure of 5 bar. The Nolek instrument tests a part every 27 seconds with failures receiving a hot stamp reject mark.
