High Speed Leak Testing of Plastic Vials

TQC Medical have recently developed a high speed, indexing table based, leak test machine for handling and testing medical vials @ 70 per minute. The system incorporates 10 banks of leak test module allowing parts to be tested 10-at-a-time. The machine is fully automatic and utilises two step feeders and associated infeed mechanism to orientate and feed parts in a 5 x 2 matrix. The indexing table has one position for loading, one for testing, one for unload and a spare.
