It has been a busy start to 2007 for TQC
with the launch of the new brand TQC
Medical and the news that TQC
are now a System Partner for Kawasaki Robotics UK.
TQC Medical
is the division of TQC Ltd
that will handle all medical and pharmaceutical sector business.
Using experience from previous projects within this specialist
industry sector, TQC Medical
provide assembly and test equipment for all applications,
from design and development studies to fully automated production
line solutions. Working to cGMP/GAMP 4 and 21 CFR Pt 11
procedures as necessary, TQC
Medical pride themselves in
knowing the requirements and expectations of customers in
this industry sector. The marketing heart and knowledge
base for TQC Medical
will be the brand new website, tqcmedical.com,
here general information about testing, assembly and automation
will be available and the site will be regularly updated
with the latest news, events and developments at TQC
Medical.
TQC has liaised with Kawasaki Robotics for the last few
years and to celebrate the latest robot order, TQC
has now officially become a System Partner. The
specialist area that TQC will
work with Kawasaki is in the design and manufacture of turnkey
systems for the Medical Device and Pharmaceutical industry
sectors. Also, TQC hope to
combine their leak test experience with robotic handling
to provide cost effective solutions to fully automated leak
testing requirements.
To combine both of the latest developments, in February
TQC Medical
will be attending the Medtec UK show and on the stand will
be a Kawasaki Robot cell. This robot cell will demonstration
the integration of a leak test instrument with robotic handling
for a fully automated test system. TQC
Medical will be on Stand B602
within the Assembly Automation area for the 2 day show at
the NEC on the 14th/15th February.
The final piece of news is that TQC
are pleased to have Tim Bednall joined to strengthen
the Sales Team. This appointment comes following the successes
of 2006 and TQC’s commitment
to develop further in the business of designing and manufacturing
assembly and test systems.
